Wow...It's been too long!

Ok, I don't have too much time to post now, but I just realized I HAD to! =)

We have a new addition!! =) Well we actually have two.

Cameron Jacob Davis was born on Dec. 9. 2009. He is a WONDERFUL little boy! He is the beat to our hearts! It was a perfect pregnancy, delivery, and now we have our perfect baby! It's so hard to believe that he's almost four months!! It's crazy! I'll be posting pictures soon!

We also have added a puppy to our home =) Ripper is an 8 year old, 110 pound, German Shepard. He is a retired police dog. He's a beast!! =) He's so good with us though. He's such a neat dog! Kevin is in love with him! Pics of him to come soon as well! =)

School is craziness!! And exhausting! It's going to be the death of me I do believe! =S But, I am consoled in the thought that it's almost over....one more year! =)

The last leg...

Wow..where has time gone? I'm officially in my third trimester! =) 3 months until I get to meet our little boy!! =) SO exciting! Not so exciting for Mommy's back, but super exciting for Mommy and Daddy! Went to the dr on Wed. and she said that everything was perfect. I love it when she tells me that! I'm not even getting yelled at about weight gain anymore. =)

We had a great mini-vaca with Mom and Dad and the girls last weekend. That was a much needed break and tons of fun! Rented a house and a boat =)

Kevin is really enjoying his new job. He's a deputy at Bedford Co. Sheriff's Office. The not-so-fun part is the 12 hour days that rotate from nights to days every month, but he having fun with the rest of it! I'm glad he's found something that he truly enjoys! His little boy is going to be so proud of his daddy! =)

I'm back to school full-time and work part-time. That's insane! Especially when you're growing a person full-time too! I have to finish up all of my classes early this semester so that I'll be all finished when he comes. That's scary! Especially since my education classes are so involved! I'm tutoring every Monday from 4-6:30 and then going to LCA to be in a Kindgergaden class every Thursday 9:15-10:30. CRAZY schedule! I have to teach 3 lessons this semester and do lots and lots of work!! PRAY FOR ME PLEASE! God's been giving me strength though! I just need more motivation =).

The Assembly is coming up quickly! The closer it gets the more excited I'm getting! Not totally sure that we'll be there though =( Pray God will work it out! Kevin's work schedule is pretty crazy around that time.

Hey guys! I haven't written in a really long time! There's nothing going on at work though so I thought I'd update a little.

We're pregnant!! =) I am now 21 weeks pregnant with a very active baby boy. =) God has definitely blessed us indeed! Our little boy doesn't seem to stop moving! When we went to find out the sex of the baby he didn't stop moving! We have a 10 minute video of our little boy moving non-stop the whole time! =) I think we like the name Brayden Jacob. Or maybe Brayden Michael. Or maybe Christian...we're not sure yet ;-). We're so excited though! I'm definitely starting to show! I've been having quite frequent mental breakdowns in my closet. Nothing fits anymore!!!!!! It's crazy...and I can't find any maternity clothes anywhere either. What's wrong with these people? They're sections are all super tiny and there's nothing there. I think I'm going to check Target tonight....

On another note things are going great in our region! We had an amazing Youth Camp last week! It was so wonderful to see God pour out His Spirit on our young people. I think the best part was watching the young people pray for others. My cousin Andrew got saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost all in one night!! The young people just poured around him and helped pray him through. It was such a blessing to watch! I was the cabin leader for the 15 and up cabin. Our cabin theme was "Extreme Makeover: Soul Edition". That was pretty cool! It made for some neat, thought provoking devotions!

I guess that's all for now...I'll try and keep you up to date, but no promises ;-)

It is so nice to be able to sit for a second! :)

Life in February was a bit intense! Note the no updates lately! :) It was a great month that held many great memories! So lets see here, what do we have?

February began with my Mom having the flu..that wasn't so wonderful! Then we went to West Manor (a Bed & Breakfast here) and fell in love with a place that I wish I was telling you we were having the wedding at! :P Then the next day our hopes and dreams were shattered! Ok LoL, it wasn't all THAT bad! :P :) But we were super upset! We get a quote for like $11,000 for the rental of this place! CRAZY!!! SoOoOoOo....yeah.

Then we had the couples retreat. Mom and Dad directed, so they were a little stressed leading up to it. However, everything went swell, or so I hear. :) So excited that I get to go next year!! :D

When Mom and Dad got back we really started getting into the Wedding Spirit! :) We got a lot ordered and things began to start coming together. Such an amazing feeling! It's definitely weird to be planning and buying for MY WEDDING!!!!!!!! :) AWESOME!!!

SO then the next weekend Kay and Caitlin Hayes came from Marion. She is coming to LU next year so that is SO SO SO exciting!! :) So she came in for College For A Weekend. That was nice. We also had a Missions Valentines Lunch and they helped a lot with that. It was a great visit!

The next week brought SICKNESS!! :( Horrible!! Throwing up and soar throat! :( Horrible! I'll say it again! :P It was no fun! That weekend we went to Roanoke and my friend/one of my maid of honors went with me! We spent the night and hung out with my cousin Shannon/my other maid of honor! :) We then woke up the next morning and went to Davids Bridal. We had a great time and pretty much have decided on the bridesmaid dresses! Great! :)

We also have gotten the venue figured out! Which, by the way, takes away a LOT of stress!! :)

Then the next week...Kevin and I took our growing little girl (well girl puppy) :) to the vet! :) She is getting SO big! :) I'll post pictures soon! :) And then we went to.....ARIZONA!! :) It was an amazing trip! :) I got to get much closer to my new cousin :) And I got to spend a lot of time with the family that I was born into! ;) It was such a nice visit! I did miss the love of my life though! :)

So anyways, I am starting to get things done and it feels amazing! :) I can NOT wait to marry Kevin! It will be so nice also to have all of the family together again so soon!! :)

I loved this busy busy month! :) I miss my family so much! I love you guys!

I also want to say that I am SO happy that Grace and Paul had their wedding before mine! :) I now have tons of ideas and I get to get a better feel of the "wedding mentality" :) Their wedding was amazing and I loved that I could be there and get to spend time with them both. Paul and I are pretty close and I love him to death! I couldn't imagine Paul marrying anyone else! I love you both! You're both amazing and sooo cute! :)

You'll have to excuse this blogger on her lack of timeliness...She is a very busy girl! :P I'm back from a super long month. However, I really don't have an excuse. Grace is getting married this month and doesn't seem to have slowed down one bit! :P So anyways, I've been too busy for my own good! :)

So this month we did a lot of super fun things. We had our annual Regional VLB Snow Tubing trip; which was amazing, as usual! We all had a blast! While there Kevin and I adopted a new puppy! :) She is SOO Sweet!! Her name is Chloe. She is mostly Yellow Lab and she has a little bit of Chow in her. She is so loving and affectionate, but she is the world's biggest whiner! We thought she was sick, but when we took her to the VET for her shots he informed us that she was simply spoiled! :P Pictures will be coming soon!

We are so busy planning this wedding! I don't know how Grace is handling it right now lol....there are so many things that you have to book months and months in advance! We go tomorrow to look at an option for the Ceremony/Reception. If we do there the date will have to be changed to Sunday instead of Saturday. However, there is a church here that I absolutely love. It is SO pretty! I think we may go with it. Not sure of anything yet though!

Kevin is doing well...we're both just so anxious and excited to finally tie the knot! :) It's so wonderful to be in love and know that the other person feels the same way for you! Kevin is the most amazing man I have ever met, with the exception of my Dad of course! :) He is so wonderful to me!! I think he would give me the world if he could! :) I've begun to finally realize the reason behind some of the horrible relationships I have had in the past. If I wouldn't have dated such a series of jerks I don't think I would appreciate Kevin as much as I do :) Ok, so enough with the sap!! :)

Please pray for my Mom, she has the flu! Please pray for me and my family, we don't want the flu!! :)

So I now have a new second cousin! :D I'm so excited to meet him!! I can't wait! Thomas Quinton James Alexander :) I love him already! Aunt Nancy keeps me up to date with all of the wonderful pictures she sends! I LOVE IT!! Keep those pictures coming! :)

The Christmas :)

Soooo I'm back again!! :)

Here we go...

We had a WONDERFUL Christmas!! We usually have our Christmas on Christmas Eve but this was a special Christmas Eve...I got to spend Christmas with the love of my life! :) Kevin came over Christmas Eve morning and so did my grandparents and Mom made breakfast. We had a wonderful biscuit and gravy breakfast. It was wonderful to have a Christmas breakfast with everyone. Then the grands left and the rest of us headed to the living room...that's right we are OLD!! :) We opened presents AFTER breakfast. There were SO MANY!! I think Kevin was happy with his presents and then I guess everyone else was too :).

Then we went to my Grandparents house and ate a Christmas Eve dinner and opened more presents! :) Kevin and I got matching sweaters :)

The next day we got up and eventually had a Christmas Day lunch and everyone left. Mom and Dad went to the Hogans, the Grands went to Tn, and Kevin and I went to FLORIDA!!

We went to Jacksonville, FL to his Grandmas house where we met his Mom and sister Laura. It was great! It was sooooo warm! We actually got kinda hot one day! We went to St. Augustine where we shopped and had this AMAZING Minorcan Clam Chowder! We ate at Sunny's BBQ and shopped till we dropped! It was nice being with his family again. We got even closer this go around. It was a nice vacation! So now we are recovering from our vacation! :)

SO that brings us to tonight. Kev and I went to Best Buy and ended up leaving with an amazing sound theater system thing :) Then we went to Target and I used my gift card to buy the LAST COPY OF THE LAST SEASON OF GILMORE GIRLS!!!! :D Oh and also :( how sad...the LAST season of Gilmore Girls.

So anyways...I'm now looking for a better/full time job. I am taking this semester off of school so that I can work and pay for the WEDDING that I am SOOO excited about!! :D

So..I kept bringing up the window to post a new post, but I never actually got around to it! Life has just been so hectic lately! However, it's now midnight and I have a quiet moment to post a quick post :)...

So I will finish my Exams on Friday! It's so crazy that the semester is already over! I am already finished with 3 classes!! :) YAY!! I'm so excited because I will be taking next semester off. After Kevin and I get married I will have free schooling at LU. So, we decided that it would be silly for me to get another student loan when I could wait a semester.

So we've been busy wedding planning and with church and with school and with the Christmas Play and with work that I haven't really gotten to post, but that's why :P To sum it up...I know that this is a pretty lame blog, but I will try to do better next time! :) Now here are some pictures, as requested by Aunt Nancy! :) Love you!!

Ok, so we'll try this again.. LoL...So I am SOOO excited!! I just got my WEDDING DRESS!!! It is so perfect in every way! It's everything I had ever dreamed it would be! Mom and I went last week to look at it, and the next day I went back to pay for it! :) David's Bridal just seems to be working for everyone! :) It's amazing! I put it on and just could not believe that I was actually in THE wedding dress that I will be wearing at MY WEDDING!! I'm so excited! And SOOO happy! :D
So, Gracie, you should be proud of me...I'm going to start posting again...LoL...I know I've said that before, but this time I have a lot to talk about...I'm getting married!! :D
So the date is set, for now, for June 28th...Make plans! :)
We don't know where we're going to get married yet, so def be praying that everything will work itself out....
Also, please be praying for Kevin and I...we will have a lot of decisions to be making in the coming months! We both desire God's will for our lives, and know that God will def help and provide!

Ok, sooo This is my new blog!! I'm going to try and keep everyone posted, but we'll see how that goes! :)
I just started a new job a couple weeks ago! I now work at Premier Limousine!! The job is sooo much fun! I work at the front desk and do a lot of odd and end jobs...like cleaning out Limos all day!! Soo much fun! :) Plus, I only work Mon Tues and Wed 9-5 and some Sat 9-1!! I also get paid way more than the last job! :D
Kevin graduates from the Police Academy the week after next!! :D I am sooo excited for him!! We are all so proud! He takes his final exam tomorrow! Soo please be in prayer for him!
My car just died! :( We thought the engine was getting ready to blow out, but Dad said there was a crack in a part somewhere. However, it's not an easy fix..we have to take out the engine and the transmition to get to it!! Sooo we'll see how that goes...
I am getting really excited about my Summer plans lately! I get to go to Las Vegas to meet Kevin's family and see the city!! Sooo excited about that too! The only problem I'm running into is money :( I think I may have to get a second job to get the extra spending money! :( Oh well...such is life I guess!
